David H. Mason

name By profession I am an elementary school teacher. I teach literature and grammar. I have a M.A. in art integration in education from Leasly College.
Other than that, I consider myself a professional amateur. Following my own need for a diet, I set out on a personal mission to study various sorts of diets, trying to find an answer to questions like: “why do I keep regaining weight”. After consulting professionals and interviewing people who tried to lose weight I developed my own method of dieting – one that infuses nutrition and psychology, and helps people to gain balance in their life instead of robbing them of it.
On the one hand, I am not a professor of anything, nor am I a dietician. On the other hand, I consider myself an avid pursuer of knowledge, a researcher of psychology and health.
